This week our company tested Door Frame Making machine. The material of razor blades are Cr 12, quenching 58-62℃.  Adopted hydraulic cutting that controlled by PLC. Used frequency converter, it features in slowing down before cutting, ensure the length accuracy(±1mm, far better than industrial standard ±3mm).
